My recent purchase experience with Sky was amazing! I have purchased guns from several of the Lubbock stores but after working with sky I won't buy in Lubbock again. He has great prices, can order whatever gun you want and is super knowledgeable! Great family run gun shop that is hard to find these days! Grab a soda as you drive out west 19th and by the time your finished with it...YOUR THERE!!

Fantastic experience! Absolutely worth the drive from Lubbock! We came down from Amarillo. Sky is very knowledgable and helped several customers while I was there with scope adjustments and weapon suggestions. They carry things not normally seen at your average city shop. Get a fountain drink and make the drive you'll be glad you did!

Best place to go for all of your gun needs and good prices and people

SS Outfitters is the absolute best place around Lubbock to purchase firearms, suppressors, optics, and of course ammo. You get the personal touch each and every time you go in and Sky is always very knowledgeable about what he sells. His prices are great and he can get anything he doesn't have in stock. He takes care of his customers and that's the type of service you just don't get everywhere else.

I have been in several gun shops but SS Outfitters is totally unique. Just minutes outside Lubbock the owner will special order if what you want is not in stock. They have a great selection of suppressors and license to carry classes as well.
The prices are the best around Lubbock and you test them on the range right outside.

I've done business with SS Outfitters, and have recommended them to many friends over the years. The staff is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help and answer questions. Sky, is a great guy, always fair and straight-forward, who comes from a great local area family that I've known for many years.

Sky and the staff are very knowledgeable and super to work with in finding the right gun. The prices are great too better than those BIG super-savers with no help and you can't step out back to the range to test fire it. Be sure to take a couple of treats for the shop dog and get 10% off your purchase.....okay I made that up but you can see what Sky says, it's that kind of place.....fun and like family. Dave2E

This place was a nice surprise. The store is small but they have a very big selection of guns, ammo, parts and accessories. The prices are very comparable and sometimes better then the big stores in Lubbock. Definitely worth the drive from LBB. Sky was super nice and helpful too. I will be back here for sure.
